About 7 years old, have only used it about 5 times. Includes insulated vinyl floor with 6 flaps that will fit 2 - 8 holes easily!

Easily fish 5 adults.

Some small mouse damage on floor in 3 spots along with 1 larger hole in one of the flaps, has been taped over. Doesnt affect functionality of the floor at all.

All zippers, poles and fabric in pretty much new condition.

User manual, carrying case for ice house, and 6 ice screws included!
