I bought this motorcycle January 2, 2004, so weve owned it a good long time. Its out lasted several Harleys, BMWs and Indians, to say the least its likely the reason Ive been married 28 happy years, since its been my therapist. After purchasing with just under 1000 miles, we had a 103 stroker engine built, we had that done at a friends Harley shop in Iowa. We then added the 2in1 exhaust, the biggest starter we could install to turn the big motor over and a race level clutch. Motorcycle runs perfect and strong, it needs nothing but a lovable future rider. At about 24000 miles, we lost a jack shaft seal, and since we had the entirety of the inner and outer primary out, we replaced every single seal, bushing and bearing as preventative maintenance. Its currently sitting with around 37000 miles, at 36000 spring 2022, scooter shack gave it an amsoil service and two new tires. Motorcycle has always been stored in a heated garage. Only reason its for sale, we were able to purchase a family owned old ford pickup off the estate before my wifes family farm was sold. Its needing a daily driver restore which I promised grandpa before he passed away. KBB on a stock bike is about $11925, and trade in value is $10700, my asking price is far below already, so no lowball offers. Ive accomplished 747000 miles of motorcycle riding in my life, so please save know it all offers, CASH offers because thats not an enticement, and zero trade offers as all the money goes into the pickup. Motorcycle is located in our garage in flasher. It will be ready to ride this spring with whatever maintenance to be completed. New battery installed 5-13-24, motorcycle runs absolutely perfect and strong.
