1997 Ford F150--NEW MOTOR

A new motor was installed by Torgerson in August 2022, it only has 12,000 miles on it. Three new tires (less than 2,000 miles) one tire that should be replaced. New battery, just replaced in March. AC, heat, four-wheel drive, cruise control all work perfect. Has heavy duty front bumper and passenger side third door.

Issues: There is an electrical issue some place. Truck runs fine at high speeds (35+) but dies at idle/slow speeds. The speedometer doesn't work, and the wipers just started not turning off. There is an electrical parasite that I have narrowed down to either the power windows or dome light, have not been able to figure out which is causing it.
